Top 3 Sharables This Week

Good Morning beautiful W3,

It is our first day back home after a week away to Vancouver Island. It was a wonderful and lovely week, filled with sunshine, ocean (my favorite), good food and moments that my husband Dave and I could really let go and just … relax. It was a gift and a blessing all rolled up together with a big pretty bow.

But it’s always nice to come home isn’t it?

My message isn’t at its’ normally scheduled time today because before I could send it I had to sort out a few technical glitches in our email platform. Yes, it’s an ongoing challenge that keeps us on our toes over here lol.

So without further adieu, let’s get right into the Top 3 Wild and Wise Sharables!

1. Louise Hay Evening Meditation:

I know with everything that is going on in the world today, it can be hard to know what to do, where to turn, or how to find your own peaceful center.  And with the passing of one of the most highly esteemed, inspirational, successful and admired personal development icons – Louise Hay – I thought this was the perfect share in her honor and yours … to find peace and end your day with sacred ritual.  Add it to your collection.

2. Pink’s Message to Her Daughter

It starts right here doesn’t it? I know I’ve been talking about this alot lately, and I’m certain that is why the Universe ensured I myself saw this video. We all know the hard work it can be to learn self-love and acceptance as women.

Imagine if that work was done while we were children …. and wasn’t something we had to learn all over again.  No one is free from the messaging either.  Fame doesn’t eradicate it, money doesn’t make it disappear. It’s up to us W3 – to keep passing the message along and to remove the negative messaging from the ears of our children … and our Selves! xoxo

3. What Am I Reading?

I almost always have 4 or more books going at once … an easy fiction beach read for those times my brain just needs a break, a business book, an inspirational / development book of some kind, and a fiction book that has meaning and exercises my mind and heart.

I must admit that our Wild and Wise Book Club selection, Women Who Run With the Wolves, is truly taking over much of extracurricular reading time!  And while I have moved on to subsequent chapters to stay close to the schedule guidelines, my heart remains in Chapter 7: Joyous Body, Wild Flesh.

“The question is not size or shape or years of age, or even having two of everything, for some do not. But the wild issue is, does this body feel, does it have right connection to pleasure, to heart, to soul, to the wild?  Does it have happiness, joy?  Can it in its own way move, dance, jiggle, sway, thrust? Nothing else matters.

Wild Woman shows up in many sizes, shapes, colors, and conditions. Stay awake so you can recognize the wild soul in all its many guises.”

OK W3, there are three of the things that caught my attention this week that I wanted to share with you.  Enjoy this glorious long weekend and just in case you find yourself wanting to cuddle up for a movie or two I’ve included the Wild and Wise Movie List here for you again.

You Are Loved,
Christa xo
