Create A New Habit In Your Life

Good morning beautiful W3,
This is a short  message with a gift.  
I know how “busy” we all are, how hard it can be to find the time to carve out space for silence, solitude, peace and relaxation. Truly I do!
I am a huge believer in making bite-sized shifts in our days – a huge believer in stepping from A to B to C …. and not A to Z.
Creating a new habit is about taking a new action and repeating it – repeating it until it is no longer a conscious decision to take action.  Repeating it until our minds and bodies take over in their own patterns of ‘muscle memory’ and as Nike would say … “just do it” – all on their own.
I want to help you create a new habit in your life (or add a tool to a habit you have already mastered). A few years ago I created a number of meditations for the community.
I want to share one of them with you today. 
The Wild and Wise Under 5 Guided Meditation is actually less than 4 minutes. Yes … because I KNOW we can ALL find 4 minutes in our morning – or our evening – to pop in some earphones and be taken away to a place of light and relaxation … renewal and peace.
In this meditation is an exercise that can become a habit or ritual for you, even without my voice in your ears, 🙂 if you decide to do this meditation consistently over a period of 21 days. 
Yes … I know 21 days seems like a lot.  But here’s the thing – for now, just do it one day.  Then … do it another day.  Add it to your morning or evening ritual for YOU … because it makes you feel good, because it helps you … not to create a habit.
