After a wonderful trip to the Universe’s healing gifts (sun, beach, love, family) I am back and feeling really great. Thank YOU for all of your messages and loving wishes – they were a soothing balm to my battered soul. You bless me.
But as you know W3, it hasn’t always been this way for me lately. Lately … there have been other descriptions of my existence …
Stress. Bad Habits. Lack of Sleep. Anxiety.
So while I am not describing my week with those words … I had a GREAT week!
Nor am I trying to accurately describe your week {but maybe I did?}. Regardless of what you first thought after reading those words just typed, perhaps trigger words for you, perhaps not, those words have a strong impact.
No matter where you are in life, no matter how good YOUR life is in this moment … we all… YES, we ALL, have the other moments that bring with them the “junk” we have to deal with.
And, today, I want to invite you to take a moment to help possibly change that.
